The Board of Directors of 元素 Financial has appointed John Huesing, an experienced finance professional, to serve as President & Chief Executive Officer (首席执行官), effective 2024年6月18日. Formerly, Huesing had served as Interim 首席执行官 since Mid-January.
Huesing brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this position, coupled with a strong record of leadership from his recent role as Vice President and Treasurer at Indiana University Health and formerly as Assistant Treasurer at Eli Lilly and Company. Having served on the 元素 board for more than 10 years, Huesing is familiar with the culture, 值, 策略, and goals of the organization. This valuable experience made him a natural choice to guide the credit union now.

Huesing holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of 业务. His prior and current community involvement includes not only his board service for 元素, but also for Indy Chamber and Firefly Children and Family Alliance. He chairs the board of Firefly’s foundation, as well.
